About Me

Phototography is my hobby. For real work I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and work at the University of Rochester as a lab tech in the Mechanical Engineering department. I primarily do freelance photo work, with the occasional event thrown in.

Current Equipment

My main camera is a Canon Digital Rebel XT. Lenses used most often are:

• Canon EF 28 f/1.8
• Canon EF 50 f/1.8 mkI
• Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS
• Tamron 17-50 f/2.8

Other lenses used (owned or rented) have included the Canon EF-S 18-55, Canon EF 35-135 USM, Tamron 70-300 LD Macro, Sigma 10-20, Sigma 18-200, and Canon 100-400L. I also currently own a Canon S400 as a pocket camera, previous pocket cameras are the Canon S300 and S30.
